Tim Hess has been practicing attorney in Ohio for over twenty-two years with some of that time spent representing plaintiffs in civil matters and holding the government accountable by representing individuals who have had their civil rights violated. Most of his practice is devoted to representing persons charged with a crime. 

As a trial attorney, Tim Hess has tried hundreds of cases ranging from DUIs to homicide, in both State and Federal court. As a firearm instructor, hunter, and avid shooter, Attorney Hess is well versed in firearms law and often speaks at seminars, continuing legal education courses, and to civilian organizations about the Second Amendment and gun laws.
