Kevin Marshall is the owner of The Marshall Law Group, LLC.  His practice focuses on criminal defense, personal injury, and business law.  In 2022, Kevin was unanimously appointed by the Atlanta City Council to serve on the City of Atlanta Human Relations Commission. He serves as a city commissioner.  Kevin has litigated in front of the Supreme Court of Georgia and was recognized by the National Trial Lawyers Association as "Top 40 Under 40" in the State of Georgia.  In 2021, Kevin was recognized by the National Black Lawyers as "Top 40 Under 40" in the State of Georgia.  Kevin is a graduate of Elizabeth City State University, where he served as Student Body President.  Attorney Marshall is a proud member of the Elizabeth City State University 40 Under 40 Society.  After graduating from ECSU, he received his law degree from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School.
