Mr. Humphrey is licensed to practice law in the State of Wyoming and Colorado, Wyoming Federal District Court, the Executive Office of Immigration Review, and the Wyoming Bankruptcy Court. He was born and raised in Cheyenne, WY. As a graduate of the University of Wyoming's College of Law, he participated in the Defender Aid Clinic, worked as an extern for the Federal Defender's Office, and volunteered to assist the Office of the State Public Defender. As a trial attorney for over 8 years, he gained the knowledge, training, resources and experience necessary to protect your rights. He has attended the right trial colleges, and continued legal education ("CLE") programs to keep apprised of the current trends in the law. He is from this community and understand its needs.

He has represented defendants charged with everything from Driving Under the Influence ("DUI") to DUI Homicide. He has represented clients in municipal, circuit, and district courts, the Wyoming Supreme Court, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. He has appeared before every court in Laramie County on a daily basis.

He has experience in preparing Motions for Sentence Reduction, Expungements, Motions to Suppress, Juvenile Court Expungements, and pleas by paperwork, or appear on your behalf in bench trials or jury trials. He will appeal convictions from circuit court to district court and beyond. He will focus on you. He will give you sound advice in uncertain times."
