Alexandra Macaluso, Esquire is an Associate Attorney at The Law Offices of Fusco and Macaluso. Alexandra is a passionate former prosecutor-turned criminal defense attorney. She uses her experience on both sides of the justice system advocate for her clients and provide favorable results. As an out-of-the-box thinker, Alexandra crafts an individualized approach tailor-made for each of her clients' cases. Alexandra graduated with her BA from Quinnipiac University in 2014, with a degree in Legal Studies. There, she was inducted into Lambda Epsilon Chi, the National Honor Society of Legal Studies. She then went on to attend Seton Hall University School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate. She handles matters before Municipal Court, Superior Court, and the Appellate Division.  Her most recent accomplishment was arguing in front of the New Jersey Supreme Court, advocating for more lenient discovery rules to avoid wrongful convictions and preserve a Defendant's Constitutional rights to a fair trial and a complete defense. Alexandra is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
